cozy hotel with delicious breakfast basket to start your day beautifully
The hotel is clean, stylish, and perfect location. The breakfast basket exceeded my expectations, and I loved that there was always tea and coffee available in the common area.

The room was large compared to other European rooms. It was very modern indwell-designed. The whole hotel was modern and resembled a North American- style higher-quality hotel
It was impossible to control the fan of the air conditioner and difficult to control the temperature (the control was hidden in a closet). We needed a cot for a third person and it was very uncomfortable.

When you enter the hotel you will be immediately struck by the stylish, modern design of the (only 4 months old hotel) as well as by the astonishing beauty of your host, Mrs. Alex. The rooms are not so spacious but are very comfortable and clean. Excellent high-end airconditioning. Location is very good as right in city center and as, believe me, you would not want to be in a hotel close to the Alhambra or the Albaicin.
Well, it was not clearly mentioned on Booked.net that breakfast was not included. Seen the price this was not really an issue. Moreover, the location is excellent, right in city center with breakfast options on many nearby locations

central courtyard, spacious rooms, convenient parking
Awful centralized air conditioning system that leaves guests sweltering at night!!! Guests should be warned about early morning noise from garbage trucks!!! Limited facilities for laundry and breakfast options could be improved!!!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. As the hotel was new, everything was in perfect condition. At 60 euro a night, the price/quality was excellent.

Nice modern and clean.
It was quite noisy, particularly the first night, but probably just due to the other guests. Pillows slightly uncomfortable.

Stayed at parraga siete for 3 nights and loved the excellent central location. Everything is within walking distance, yet it feels local and cozy. The staff were super friendly, and i was impressed with the early breakfast they provided at 5:30 am, a lifesaver on my busy schedule. Also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge.

The location is outstanding. The rooms, albeit small, are contemporary and well furnished. A tremendous value for the money.

Loved the stylish décor and the calm atmosphere in the central courtyard. Rooms were clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bed with feather pillows. Breakfast baskets delivered to the room really exceeded my expectations, especially the variety of fresh pastries. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to the cathedral and main squares. There was some early morning noise from garbage trucks, which might disturb light sleepers. The shower could use some updates too. A thermostatic option would make it better. A lovely stay with some minor inconveniences that didn't take away from the experience.

The location is excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The rooms very quiet and clean.
The room had very little to offer in terms of shelves, mirrors, towel rails in bathroom and the typical little things that one assumes to be available in hotels.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the twin room, plus central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk.
